This product was produced in a home kitchen not inspected by a health department that may also process common food allergens. If you have safety concerns, contact your local health department.
Sanitation
As a home-baker, kitchen cleanliness is a top priority at my house! Each surface is cleaned and sanitized before and after each order to ensure a safe and sanitary prep surface for your order.
I currently hold my CFPM and am a licensed Cottage Food Operator in the state of Illinois. My license allows me to bake and sell certain types of food out of my home kitchen. I have completed a food safety course and am registered with my local health department and village.
I am able to provide services for events such as small parties and showers. I am also able to sell my baked goods through local farmer’s markets and online (shipped only within the state of Illinois).
