“A friend sent some of these cookies as a gift. I was skeptical to try the Chewy Ginger Molasses cookies as 99.9% of the time I do not care for gingerbread cookies or any other variation of that. Let me just tell you…WOW. The texture is divine and the flavor profile runs the gamut of sweet to spiced…they’re these nuggets of joy that taste like a warm hug and happiness in cookie form.
